Intake & households
Guided intake that records each family once, with eligibility, consent, and contact details kept current.
Industry solutions / Community
Family intake, case records, scheduling, and programs managed in one secure place, so staff spend less time on paperwork and more time with the people they serve.
How I’d approach it
Community organizations often run on goodwill and a patchwork of free tools. That works until it doesn't. I look for the simplest system that brings members, bookings, and payments together, and that volunteers with all levels of computer experience can actually use.
Budgets are tight, so I'll often connect or extend the tools you already have before suggesting anything new. The aim is less admin for staff, an easier experience for members, and numbers you can hand to your board with confidence.
Where it helps, front-desk check-in can use simple membership cards or tags instead of a paper sign-in sheet.
Family intake & case management
I build family intake software that guides staff through each conversation, records household details once, and checks eligibility along the way. Every family gets a single, secure record that follows them from first contact through referrals, appointments, and follow-up.
A shared calendar keeps appointments, home visits, and programs organized across the team, with reminders that reduce missed sessions. Sensitive information stays protected, with access limited to the staff who need it, and the numbers your funders ask for are ready when you need them.
What the software can handle
Typical areas I build for. Most projects start with one or two of these and grow from there.
Guided intake that records each family once, with eligibility, consent, and contact details kept current.
Appointments, home visits, programs, and rooms in one shared calendar, without double bookings.
Take payments for memberships, programs, and rentals, and match them to the right account.
Send updates and reminders to the right groups instead of everyone on the list.
Schedule shifts, track hours, and know who is trained for what.
Produce attendance and participation numbers without a week of spreadsheet work.
What it can look like
Examples of the kinds of screens and tools I build for this kind of work.
How a project runs
Small, steady steps with something real to look at early, and you involved the whole way through.
Learn how people join, book, and pay today, and where things fall through the cracks.
Combine members, bookings, and payments into one clean, trusted system.
Launch with simple screens, short training, and ongoing support for staff and volunteers.
