Automatic reconciliation
Match bank transactions, payments, and invoices automatically, and flag only the ones that don't fit.
Industry solutions / Finance
Connect your banking, accounting, and business systems so figures flow through automatically, are easy to check, and leave a clear trail.
How I’d approach it
With financial data, nearly right isn't good enough. I start by tracing how each important number is produced, from the original transaction to the final report, and finding every place someone steps in to fix it by hand.
Then I automate the dependable parts, flag the exceptions clearly for a person to review, and keep a record of every change. The result is a faster close, fewer surprises, and reports you can explain line by line.
What the software can handle
Typical areas I build for. Most projects start with one or two of these and grow from there.
Match bank transactions, payments, and invoices automatically, and flag only the ones that don't fit.
Move transactions between your business software and accounting without exporting and re-typing.
Month-end and management reports built straight from the source, so they're right the first time.
See who changed what and when, with sign-offs built into the process.
Create accurate invoices from the work actually done, with fewer corrections afterwards.
Catch duplicates, missing entries, and totals that don't match before they reach the books.
What it can look like
Examples of the kinds of screens and tools I build for this kind of work.

How a project runs
Small, steady steps with something real to look at early, and you involved the whole way through.
Follow key figures from source to report, noting every manual step and spreadsheet.
Connect the systems and automate the matching, so people only handle real exceptions.
Run the old and new processes side by side until the totals agree, then switch over.
