Maps that help people make decisions.

Location-aware software that puts your data on a map, keeps it accurate, and makes it useful to people in the field and in the office.

How I’d approach it

Fit the software to the work, not the other way round.

Most organizations don't need more mapping software. They need their maps connected to everything else. I focus on the specific decisions people make with location data, then build simple tools that answer those questions directly.

Data quality matters as much as the screens. I put checks in place so boundaries and locations stay accurate, and connect map data to the work orders, equipment, and customers it relates to.

What the software can handle

The everyday work, done properly.

Typical areas I build for. Most projects start with one or two of these and grow from there.

Interactive map apps

Web and mobile maps built around a specific job, such as inspections, planning, or dispatch.

Location data management

Store boundaries, assets, and locations properly, with checks that keep them accurate.

Field data collection

Capture locations, photos, and notes on site, with offline support for remote areas.

Links to business systems

Join map data with your work orders, customers, and equipment records.

Search & analysis

Answer questions like “what's within 500 metres of this site?” in seconds.

Map-based reporting

Show coverage, progress, and problem areas visually for managers and clients.

What it can look like

How a project runs

Three steps, start to finish.

Small, steady steps with something real to look at early, and you involved the whole way through.

  1. 01

    Find the key questions

Agree on the location questions people ask most, and what they need to decide.

  2. 02

    Clean and connect the data

Fix the location data and link it to your business records.

  3. 03

    Put it in people's hands

Build focused map tools for the office and the field, and train the people using them.

Let's talk about GIS & Geospatial

What would you ask your map if it could answer?

Tell me what’s getting in the way. I’ll give you an honest view of the options, even if the answer is a small fix.
