Smart growing, from the sensor to the screen.

IoT sensor networks, custom hardware, and smart greenhouse control, together with practical farm software for records, inputs, and traceability, simple enough to use from the greenhouse, the cab, or the yard.

How I’d approach it

Fit the software to the work, not the other way round.

Farm software has to be quick to use with dirty hands and patchy signal, or it won't get used. I keep screens simple, make sure apps work offline, and focus on the records that matter most to your operation, whether that's traceability, input tracking, or costs.

If you already have equipment or sensors producing data, I connect them so readings land in the same place as your records, with alerts for the things that need attention.

I can connect weather stations, bin and tank monitors, scales, and tag readers so information comes in automatically.

What the software can handle

The everyday work, done properly.

Typical areas I build for. Most projects start with one or two of these and grow from there.

Field & crop records

Track what was planted, applied, and harvested on each field, season after season.

Inputs & inventory

Know what seed, chemical, feed, and fuel you have, where it is, and where it went.

Equipment & maintenance

Keep service history, hours, and upcoming maintenance for every machine.

Traceability

Follow product from field or barn to buyer, ready for audits and customer questions.

Sensors & climate control

Live readings from greenhouses, barns, bins, and tanks, with equipment switched automatically and alerts when something’s off.

Costs & yields

See costs and returns by field, crop, or herd to plan better for next season.

IoT & smart greenhouse control

Technology that understands how plants are grown.

I design and build complete greenhouse monitoring and control systems, hardware included. Wireless sensor nodes track temperature, humidity, light, CO₂, soil moisture, and water levels around the clock. A gateway logs every reading on site and, if you choose, in the cloud, and power controllers switch fans, heaters, lights, and irrigation on a schedule or the moment conditions leave their target range.

The result is a growing environment you can see and manage from anywhere, with clear charts, instant alerts, and sensors built to run for years on a single set of batteries. It suits a single greenhouse and scales to large commercial operations.

I also have hands-on experience in plant tissue culture and micropropagation. I understand the sterile workflows, media preparation, subculture schedules, and batch records involved, so software for a propagation lab supports the way the lab really works, helping you get more healthy plants from every batch with less waste.

How a project runs

Three steps, start to finish.

Small, steady steps with something real to look at early, and you involved the whole way through.

  1. 01

Spend a day on the operation

See how records are kept through the season and what's hardest to track.

  2. 02

    Start with one record

Build the most valuable piece first, such as field records or traceability.

  3. 03

    Grow season by season

Add equipment, sensors, and cost tracking as the system proves itself.

Let's talk about agriculture
